Dr Martin Gisby

Market Access Advisor - Magnetar Access - UK

Martin is an independent advisor with a passion for access to new medicines. He provides advisory services to innovative Biopharma companies and collaborates with stakeholders across the health system, helping navigate new medicines through the payer landscape to achieve reimbursement and market access.

From pre-clinical through to launch, key decisions throughout the development process impact future market access opportunities and the commercial value of a medicine. Martin partners with developers to guide them through navigating the present or future payer landscape. He has a particular interest in supporting market access for psychedelics, oncology, and rare disease medicines, and aims to lead initiatives that pilot commercial access in Europe.

Floris Wolswijk

Founder of Blossom - NL

Floris is the founder of Blossom, an informational hub for psychedelic insights that documents the journey from research to the implementation of psychedelic-assisted therapy. He co-founded FLO coaching with his wife Lotte, focusing on adequate preparation and integration, and is a core team member of Delphi, a US-based consultancy advising both innovative and established organizations in the psychedelic ecosystem.

Floris studied Psychology at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, graduating with a master’s degree in 2014. Through a decade of personal experiences with psychedelics and a deep engagement with scientific literature, he fell in love with the field. Dedicated to expanding access to psychedelics for both therapeutic and self-development purposes, Floris is also a local leader in the Effective Altruism movement—having donated his kidney to a stranger and committed 10% of his income to charities like StrongMinds.

Living in the Dutch countryside with his wife, their two dogs, and six chickens, Floris embodies a balance of professional passion and personal commitment to making a positive impact.
